AEDIL Summer School, Pagonis Dairy, Erythres 27/06/25

There are certain moments in the journey of a business that reveal its philosophy and identity. One such moment for our company was yesterday, Friday, June 27th, 2025, during the AEDIL (Association for European Dairy Industry Learning) conference.
As part of the event, 25 postgraduate, doctoral, and postdoctoral students, researchers, and dairy professionals from Turkey, Lebanon, Poland, Serbia, Ireland, Italy, Albania, and Greece visited our village of Erythres. They attended a lecture by Associate Professor Nikolaos Rachaniotis from the University of Piraeus on the topic “Blockchain technologies: a case study in the dairy sector,” as well as a presentation of our company.
The guests were given a tour of our facilities, and the visit concluded with a small treat.
We would like to express our warmest thanks to Effie Tsakalidou, Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens and host of this year’s AEDIL Summer School, for choosing our Dairy in Erythres as a training site for the participants, as well as to Dr. Nikolaos Rachaniotis for his excellent talk.
